'Think Pink - save Africa's flamingos' is BirdLife’s campaign to stop the proposed development at Lake Natron, which BirdLife believes will displace and scatter the 500,000 pairs of Lesser Flamingos which nest at Lake Natron.
Lake Natron, in northern Tanzania, is the only regular and successful breeding site for Lesser Flamingos in East Africa.
